Orders and Payments​

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods specified on our Site. Payment information is processed securely through our payment gateway. Upon completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, which only occurs when we process and dispatch your order.

​Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-10 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items only. To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@southees.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
