Returns Policy
At Southees, we aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our Print on Demand business, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read this Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return. We will accept returns for items that are:

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise altered.
Return Process
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@southees.com.au with the following information:

Description of the issue (e.g., defective item, incorrect product)

Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Return Authorization
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Do not send items back before receiving our return authorization.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other return reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
In cases where only a portion of your order is returned, we will issue a refund only for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item according to our policy and place a new order.
